All character dialogues and interactions on Onii Chat are generated by artificial intelligence. Onii Chat makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the AI-generated content. You understand that the AI may produce unexpected or fictional information, and you should not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

Create characters or generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
Attempt to bypass safety filters or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
Impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent.
Spam, harass, or abuse other users or creators.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the characters you create on Onii Chat. However, by creating a public character, you grant Onii Chat a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and allow users to interact with your character. The underlying AI models, website design, and code remain the exclusive property of Onii Chat.

5. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate to protect the platform and its users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onii Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
